• About Us

  Tarbiyah Youth Center (TYC) is a youth oriented da'wah organization in Columbus, OH. Our aim is to provide a center for youth that incorporates an Islamic learning environment and beneficial activities that will benefit the wider community.

• Methodology

  Upon the Qur'an & the Sunnah with the Understanding of the Pious Predecessors (The Salaf). Our call is Tasfiyah (purification) and Tarbiyah (education).

• What is “Tarbiyah”?

  Tarbiyah, generally understood as education, means “to cause something to develop from stage to stage until reaching its full potential. This implies that the fitrah (pure nature) already exists in the student and that education is a process of unfolding and bringing out, rather than instilling and pouring in. (READ MORE)
